Thomas Maier and Heinz-Peter Strömsdörfer have decided to leave payment solution corp. for new challenges.
As founders of payment solution corp. they established the company to a leading provider of complete and truly integrated payment solutions for stadiums, arenas, theme parks and other venues.
Strömsdörfer and Maier will now individually pursue opportunities with their own business models. A number of projects in Germany and abroad already confirms the sustainability of that approach.
Strömsdörfer now provides conceptual and technological consulting for multifunctional RFID card systems, focusing on international business.
Maier is Managing Director of Gaius GmbH in Munich.
Former CFO Achim Hirz accept all board operations of payment solution AG and will take up the position as Managing Director of payment solution services GmbH together with Sascha Busse.
