After securing the technological order to implement the payment and card systems at the Ring earlier, the Munich based RFID specialist for multi-functional customer cards is now also in charge of operation and management of the entire system.
Munich / Nuerburg, May 2009 – The operation of the multi-functional card system called “ring°card” which will allow for the imaging of the ticket as well as the payment of other components such as food and drinks or a drive on the famous Nordschleife, on a single card will be run by german based payment solution corp. Cash Settlement & Ticketing GmbH (CST), in charge of ticketing and accounting of all businesses and services at the Ring, has entrusted payment solution with the entire operation by a longterm management contract.
